Products Feature
The arms are made of Al-Mg alloy die casting, which is lightweight yet strong, ensuring high-speed operation of the machine.
The needle base is manufactured using powder metallurgy, with a sealed integrated design and equipped with a linear guide, enhancing stability during operation. It does not require needle point adjustment (12 groups of needles, 18mm needle distance).
The main cam incorporates SKF OD ball bearings to achieve gapless movement, and the needle plate is precisely positioned (patented technology).
Recirculation pull-folders combined with scale board transmission reduce friction, while the automatic lifting platform with the delivery unit enables easy and quick book output.
Intelligent control includes: automatic oil feeding, cutting and counting, missing or absent folder detection, and needle/thread break alarms. This reduces labor requirements while improving work efficiency.
