This hot stamping machine is specifically designed for small-batch production of high-end products featuring a variety of patterns, delivering a refined and aesthetically pleasing finish. It is capable of foil stamping on a broad range of sheet-fed printed papers, and supports both embossed (relief) and flat stamping to significantly enhance the visual appeal of printed products. The machine finds extensive application in stamping on book covers, rigid box lids, and various packaging surfaces - making it suitable for industries such as cigarettes, cosmetics, bakeries, coffee, tea, tissue paper, gift boxes, mooncake boxes, certificates, and more.

 

(1) The machine is manufactured with Q235 carbon steel, and the wall plates are treated with a special process for high strength and permanent deformation resistance, ensuring safety and durability.

 

(2) It adopts imported Taiwanese ball screws for accurate movement. The main servo motor is equipped with overload protection, and the synchronous belt breakage protection device automatically stops the machine in case of external impact

 

(3) Some electrical components are sourced from well-known brands such as Omron (Japan) and Schneider Electric (France).

 

(4) Stamping accuracy can reach up to ±0.1mm, with a maximum speed of 1,800 sheets per hour.

 

(5) It is equipped with Koten's self-designed automatic pressure adjustment control device, ensuring fast and accurate regulation of stamping pressure.
