The MSQ-C High Precision End Face Grinder is a new patented machine independently developed by our factory to meet the high-end technological development demands of the industry. This equipment integrates blade grinding and dual grinding head sharpening functions in one unit. Adopting hydraulic automatic blade feeding, stepless traveling speed regulation and linear rolling guide rails, the machine delivers stable operation and superior grinding accuracy. It supports adjustable knife edge angles, completely eliminates waviness on paper-cutting cross-sections, and effectively extends the service life of knife edges and blades. As an upgraded domestic grinding device, it helps printing factories achieve high-precision cutting and upgrade their production standards.

1. Overall cast structure, the whole machine undergoes quenching treatment and natural aging treatment. Equipped with German Schneider components for reliable circuit protection.
2.LCD screen equipped with PLC control plus button control; all controls are integrated for quick operation.
3. We can grind blades of all materials and specifications, including common alloy tool steel blades, high-speed tool steel blades (sharp steel), carbide blades (tungsten steel), and more.
4. Manual integrated stepper motor. Micro-adjustable feed enables grinding blades of all materials. The minimum feed of the grinding head can be controlled up to 0.001 mm.
5. The knife table adopts an integrated electromagnetic suction cup. The rotating parts at both ends are waterproof-treated, and the blade can be positioned back and forth.
