QJBK‑800/1150 Full‑automatic Cardboard Laminating Machine adopts separate feeding for face paper and bottom paper. Its vacuum feeder applies an overlapping‑feeding mode to deliver stable and accurate paper transportation. The glue coating thickness on bottom paper can be adjusted to meet different paper‑processing requirements. The glue‑adjustment system supports parameter setting under shutdown conditions, enabling thinner and more uniform glue application, which improves working efficiency and reduces glue consumption.

Face paper and bottom paper are positioned, bonded, and pre‑pressed by a set of high‑strength composite nip rollers, before being conveyed to heavy‑duty pressing rollers for further lamination. The maximum stacking height reaches 1130 mm.

1. Stable vacuum overlapping‑feeding: Separate feeding for face paper and bottom paper; vacuum overlapping feeding ensures stable and accurate paper transportation.

2. Adjustable & glue‑saving gluing system Coating thickness is adjustable for different paper types; glue parameters can be set under shutdown status for thin, uniform gluing to reduce glue consumption.

3. High‑strength composite pressing structure: High‑strength nip rollers realize positioning, bonding, and pre‑pressing, followed by heavy‑duty pressing rollers. Max. stacking height up to 1130 mm.

4. Siemens PLC & hydraulic control supports multi‑stage pressure setting and automatic hydraulic‑station control. Laminated sheets are flat and firm, ready for next‑step die‑cutting without curing‑waiting.
