SFM‑500/SFM‑600 are automatic case wrapping machines dedicated for rigid box outer‑shell production. Powered by exclusive CAM driving mechanism, the equipment runs stably with low mechanical friction, delivering smooth and attractive box surfaces.
Taking pre‑positioned cardboard and glued face sheet as input, it automatically completes pre‑pressing, two‑side wrapping, corner nipping and wrapping of the remaining two sides. It achieves complete four‑side wrapping in one pass. Output cases feature neat corners and firm folded edges. It can work standalone or connect after gluing & positioning machines in rigid‑box production lines.
*Important note: Raw materials fed into this machine must be pre‑glued and pre‑positioned cardboard‑sheet composites. Gluing and positioning steps are completed by upstream equipment.
