SG‑1000 semi‑automatic V‑grooving machine is specialized pre‑processing equipment for rigid‑box manufacturing. It performs precise V‑grooving on industrial cardboard, grey board, MDF and various sheet materials before folding and box forming.

Adopting a unique 600‑mm‑diameter roller wrapping conveying mechanism, it keeps boards tightly wrapped during grooving, delivering accurate, straight grooves without offset. With manual board feeding, the machine reaches processing speed of 10‑35 m/min. It produces burr‑free, dust‑free and smooth V‑grooves. Equipped with an integrated knife sharpener, operators can sharpen blades within 2 minutes on‑site. Featuring low‑noise, energy‑saving operation and recyclable cutting scraps, this model is ideal for medium‑volume rigid‑box production lines.
