QNB‑460B/600B Automatic Lining Machine is a professional post‑press lining equipment developed for hard‑cover manufacturing. It features a simple, reliable mechanical structure fitted with automatic paper feeding and auto‑correction devices. The specially‑designed copper scraper effectively eliminates common production defects including paper winding, scratching and hemming.

Equipped with fiber‑optic precise detection and imported high‑precision photoelectric positioning system, this machine delivers outstanding positioning accuracy even for thin cardboard, deformed and non‑standard boards, greatly raising finished‑product rate. Adopting PLC+HMI control system, it supports fault auto‑diagnosis with error messages displayed directly on the screen for quick troubleshooting, lowering operational difficulty and raw‑material waste.
