This machine is designed for pre-coated film lamination. 1. Adopts four-suction, two-feed paper separation mechanism, stable feeding with high production speed up to 12,000 sheets per hour.

2. Electromagnetic heating roller with segmented temperature control, fast heating & cooling, and low power consumption. Equipped with tension film unwinding and hydraulic pressure control for uniform lamination.

3. Standard disc cutter for smooth film pre-cutting without damaging paper. Non-stop paper collection unit with photoelectric sensor and pneumatic sheet separation; buffer wheels prevent sheet collision and damage.

4. Hydraulic trolley enables easy film roll loading, roller replacement, and machine maintenance. Suitable for picture books, calendars, gift boxes, and color cartons. The laminated surface achieves dustproof, waterproof, and oilproof performance.
