KT‑C series screen printing production line is an integrated automatic serigraphy solution combining screen printing unit, automatic paper dispenser (paper‑grabbing manipulator) and UV curing machine.

It is compatible with tilt‑arm type (JB‑PY) or vertical‑lift type (JB‑PVC) semi‑auto screen printers.

After screen printing, the manipulator with suction nozzles automatically picks printed workpieces and conveys them into the UV curing station for instant drying and curing. Only one operator is required for sheet loading, greatly cutting labor cost and improving the utilization rate of semi‑automatic screen printers. This complete line handles soft substrates such as paper, PVC, PET and PP film, and delivers stable continuous production for packaging and special‑effect UV screen‑printing jobs. Three models KT‑750C / KT‑960C / KT‑1020C are available to satisfy different printing‑size demands.
