JB‑PVC series is an economical general‑purpose screen printing machine available in three working‑size models: JB-PVC-5070/6090/80120

Equipped with dual frequency‑conversion control and synchronous‑belt drive for swing‑arm and printing movements, this machine achieves smooth high‑speed printing performance. It adopts an LCD multi‑function control panel for centralized operation. The double‑squeegee setup supports forward‑reverse squeegee printing. Motor‑driven lifting unit plus handwheel fine‑tuning on both columns allows precise mesh‑gap adjustment for substrates up to 100 mm height. Omni‑directionally adjustable printing platform simplifies screen‑distance setting. This printer is widely used for flat‑surface special‑effect printing including partial UV, ice‑flower, wrinkle, refractive, frosted finish and local adhesive window processing for various packaging and printed articles.
