It integrates automatic feeding, automatic drilling, automatic glue dispensing and automatic magnet placement in one station. It replaces traditional manual hole‑picking and magnet‑inserting work. The production capacity reaches 1500‑1800 pieces per hour. Featuring high stability, high finished‑product rate and small floor space, it is widely adopted by rigid‑box manufacturers. It supports adjustable drilling depth & diameter, adjustable glue volume and multi‑magnet pasting (1‑3 magnets or iron sheets). Positioning accuracy can reach ±0.05 mm.
